Preparing for Your Appointment

​

To make sure you have the best possible experience, here are a few things to keep in mind before you visit:

  • Arrive on Time: Please aim to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment. As I work alone, if you arrive too early, I might not be able to open the door right away, as I prefer not to interrupt the treatment of the person before you. If you arrive late, I may not be able to perform the full session, but you will still be charged the full price for your appointment.

  • Comfort: I offer complimentary drinks and a small snack for your comfort, so you can relax while you're here.

  • Treatment Expectations: If you have any specific concerns or goals for your treatment, please feel free to let me know beforehand. I want to make sure your experience is perfectly tailored to your needs!

  • Makeup: There’s no need to remove your makeup before your visit—every facial treatment includes a cleansing step to start fresh.

  • Hair: I always do my best to protect your hair during your treatment, but I recommend not scheduling a hair appointment before seeing me. No matter how careful I am, you might have a bit of oil or product near your hairline afterward.

  • Exfoliation & Retinol: For the best results, I suggest avoiding exfoliating treatments or retinol use for at least 5 to 7 days before your appointment.

​Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I totally understand that life can get busy, and things come up. To ensure I can offer the best service to everyone, I kindly ask that you respect the following policy:

  • 24-hour Notice: Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the full amount will be charged.

  • No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without any notice, the full amount will also be charged.
