At Vanadis, we are committed to providing the highest quality service and ensuring your satisfaction with our treatment series. However, if you need to adjust or cancel your purchase, please review our policy below.

Refund Policy:

• Within 14 Days of Purchase: You may request a full refund on any unused treatment series within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests must be made in writing and will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• After 14 Days: After 14 days from the purchase date, we regret that refunds cannot be offered. However, we can provide alternative solutions, such as a transfer of the remaining sessions to another person.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Individual Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling of individual sessions within a treatment series must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited.
• Series Adjustments: If you need to pause or adjust the timing of your treatment series due to special circumstances, please contact us, and we will work to accommodate your needs.

Non-Transferable and Expiry:

• Treatment series are non-refundable once used and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed upon. All sessions within a treatment series must be used within 12 months of the purchase date unless a different arrangement is made at the time of purchase.

If you're purchasing the treatment series as a gift, we are happy to provide a beautifully presented gift card upon request. Otherwise, rest assured that the tracking of remaining sessions will be managed personally by us at the salon, so you can relax and enjoy your treatments without any worries.
